About Our Team
The Founder
Mr.Dhr (Master in Engineering), has over 20 years in sales and business development.
Mr.Dhr formally worked as APAC manager for Imerys, involving Europe and international activities, for a broad range of manufacturing and service businesses.
He has extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain & operations in purchasing, contracts, re-engineering process, management of procurement functions, global sourcing of materials, reducing cost of purchased materials and services, and negotiation of complex transactions and contracts.
Mr.Dhr has held purchasing and contracts management positions in high volume manufacturing, subcontract, OEMs, and service operations, involving steel manufacturing, raw materials, new-energy materials, electronic equipment, and global sourcing services.
Ms.Monica Cheng is certificated a master degree in human resources in the university of HongKong, and an MBA in France. She's a true HR professional with 15 years international experience in change of management, recruiting, training and coaching for organisational departments from renowned MNCs, Ms.Cheng has been keeping a strong passion for organisational design and culture building.
Ms.Cheng has travelled and worked extensively in France, China, Lebanon, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, Germany, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Indonesia, etc. She is truly excellent in managing multi-regional teams distributed throughout numerous countries, while maintaining unified efforts towards business goals. Ms.Cheng is the true asset in Sofasan.
