• Solution Planning: minimizing total operating expenses: transportation, inventory and manufacturing; maximizing gross profit of products distributed through the supply chain;
• Comparison pre/post-optimisation ratio;
• Project delivery: the customised supply chain optimisation.

Our idea is to obtain sourcing efficiencies through identifying and exploiting cost arbitrage between geographies.

While not all of our low cost sourcing is happened in LCC (low cost countries), our definition of 'Low Cost Sourcing' is Sourcing Materials at Lower Cost, compared to your existing sourcing channel. Typically we perform a certain percentage of cost saving: 5%-20% depending on the material value. 

We care about a corporate's sustainable growth, when a commodity/material/product incorporates social, economic and environmental factors, we might come to you and propose a replaceable material, whenever it is acceptable and applicable to pass your experiment.
